Soul Therapies Massage and Beauty School - Terms and Conditions
All Soul Therapies courses can be paid for by Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit card or by PAYPAL.
Deposit Must be paid at time of booking and full payment must be paid no later than 2 days before the course date. The course tutor will contact you with final payment details, with full course information and directions to the venue once your final payment has been received.
If paying by bank transfer your payment must be received no more than 72 hours after booking. (your place will not be held longer than 72 hours after booking)
Course Manuals will be emailed when deposit has been received and are for training purposes only. (Not to be used for resale)
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
- All Course deposits are non-refundable
- 7 days notice must be given for Course Cancellation.
- Failure to attend a course date is non refundable
In the unlikely event your course is cancelled by the tutor due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered alternative dates. If you cannot attend this date your tutor will refund the course fee if this has been paid.
It is your responsibility to check with your current insurance company that you can get insurance cover after passing the course and that they will accept our course for insurance. Please check with your insurance company before booking.
If you do not have insurance, we will provide details of insurer's who will cover you in your manual.
Student insurance is recommended to be taken out for your practical training day and for your practice on models after your course.
The class will last approximately one half day.
FOR ALL CLASSES, STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A MODEL TO WORK ON UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY THE COURSE TUTOR.
IF STUDENTS CANNOT PROVIDE A MODEL THEN PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL TRY TO ARRANGE ONE FOR YOU.

%/£ discounts/offers - These offers apply to selected Soul Therapies accredited courses over £99 and do not include 1 to 1 tuition. To avail of this offer students must pay in full at time of booking. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are non refundable.
3 for 2 offers - These offers apply to all Soul Therapies accredited 1 day courses and do not include 1 to 1 tuition. The cheapest course of the three is free. To avail of this offer students must pay in full at time of booking. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are non refundable.
GTI Body Massage
Students will only be enrolled on the selected course date when we receive the required pass code for online theory completion. The selected course date of the student during checkout may not be possible if theory has not yet been completed. We (Soul Therapies) will arrange a date that fits the students schedule but only after theory completion.
In the event that the student does not reach the required standard while being assessed, Soul Therapies will provide one hour's extra tuition at the end of the course, to ensure that the student reaches the required level of competence. If after one hour's additional training, the student has still not reached the required standard, then an additional practical training session will have to be arranged for which the student must pay an additional fee.
PAYMENT PLAN (Accredited Makeup course)
If you decide to spread the cost of your course then you agree to complete payment in full, as per the agreed payment plan and regardless if you decide to complete the course or not.
ASSESSMENT (Accredited Makeup Curse)
If a student fails to meet the required standard they will be given constructive feedback and invited to take part in the next assessment date (or an alternative date agreed with the course tutor). If they do not meet the required standard after a further assessment then they will fail the course and not gain certification.
It is also the students responsibility to provide a model for assessment (unless other arrangements have been made with the course tutor).
It is the Students responsibility to ensure they meet the minimum entry requirement for all Soul Therapies Courses. Failure to meet the minimum entry will result in the certificate being withheld without course refund.
RETURNS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@soul-therapies and send your item to: 79 Rosetta Road, Belfast, BT6 0LR, United Kingdom.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
